1. Direct Debit Authorization

I authorize the tennis club TC Blau-Weiss Vaihingen-Rohr e.V. to collect the fees payable by me from my above-mentioned bank account from the due date, revocably.

2. SEPA Direct Debit Mandate

I authorize the tennis club TC Blau-Weiss Vaihingen-Rohr e.V. to collect payments from my above-mentioned bank account by direct debit. At the same time, I instruct my bank to honor the direct debits drawn on my account by the tennis club Blau-Weiss Vaihingen-Rohr e.V.

Note: I can request a refund of the debited amount within 8 weeks, starting from the date of the debit. The conditions agreed with my bank apply.
