2. Visiting this website

When you visit this website, our server processes technically necessary information (requested address, time, status code, browser type). Your IP address is not stored in log files. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and stable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not set any cookies for visitors and use no analytics or tracking tools. Fonts and icons are served from our own server, not by third parties. Your choice of language and light/dark mode is only stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and is not sent to us.

A technically necessary session cookie is only set for logging in to the content management system (CMS) at /admin.

3. Membership application and fitness studio registration

Membership application: The membership application is not filled in on this website but on tweeener.com. Only when you follow the link do tweeener's privacy policies apply. We use the details to process your application and to manage your membership (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Fitness studio: The registration form stores nothing and sends nothing to our server. When you submit it, your browser creates an email in your email program, which you send yourself to the operator of the fitness studio. It contains your entries (name, contact details, date of birth, chosen plan, bank details for the SEPA direct debit mandate and optional information). The operator processes them to handle your registration and the terms of use (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), optional information on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time. Please note that emails are usually transmitted unencrypted.

4. Contact by email or phone

If you contact us by email or phone, we process your details to answer your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR) and delete them as soon as they are no longer needed for this purpose.

5. Links to other services

This website links to external services, e.g. our booking system (eBuSy), the ticket sale of the Stadtpokal, our blog on tweeener.com as well as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and WhatsApp. Only when you follow such a link do the privacy policies of the respective provider apply.

6. Member data

How we process our members' data in club operations is described in our detailed privacy policy of the club (PDF, German).

7. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing (Art. 15–21 GDPR). You can withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future. Please contact info@tc-blau-weiss.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, e.g. the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Baden-Württemberg.
